Basic Services

Most of our services are based on ASTM Standard E-2018 Property Condition Assessments. We follow ASTM E2797 Building Energy Performance Assessment for a Building Involved in a Real Estate Transaction when conducting energy audits. Energy audits are further driven by ASHRAE Standard 90.1-2010, Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings; Standard 62.1-2013, Ventilation for Acceptable Indoor Air Quality; and Standard 189.1-2014, Standard for the Design of High-Performance Green Buildings (USGBC and IES co-sponsored). Phase I Environmental reviews are performed to ASTM Standard E1527 Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.
